- Oversaw daily operations of the largest Numbered Air Force in the U.S. Air Force with 39,000 Airmen, 1,200 aircraft, and flight operations on every continent to include Antarctica where C-17/C-130 crews resupply the National Science Foundation. - Directed efforts to ensure one 18th Air Force aircraft departed safely every 2.5 minutes of every day in support of operations worldwide. Steered collaborative efforts of 44 global operating locations. - Led implementation of plans to support Operation United Assistance by opening two aerial ports in West Africa. Flew 7,200 tons of cargo and 4,000 passengers into Liberia to expedite our nation's response to the Ebola virus outbreak.

- Senior USAF Officer with executive authority over three coalition airbases in Kuwait encompassing 4,500 personnel from four differing military services and 1,400 facilities. - Commanded a combined wing of airlift, combat search and rescue (CSAR), and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft. - Primary Air Force liaison between Kuwait military and U.S. sister services. Negotiated/received host nation approval on multiple warfighting enhancements for the U.S. military in Kuwait.

- Joint Staff Lead on Capitol Hill for Afghanistan and Pakistan. Spearheaded actions that tripled the number of congressional engagements to meet the demand for information by members of Congress after the U.S. surged to 100,000 forces in Afghanistan.

Enabled 58 aircraft from 26 nations to deliver 3.9 million pounds of relief supplies to worst natural disaster in U.S. history. - Oversaw C-130 schoolhouse training for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Coast Guard and 47 allied nations -- produced 1,800 aviators annually including more than 250 international students in the Defense Department's largest international flight training program.
