• Lead team that has positioned PCV as a global leader in the impact investing industry through field-building research, consulting engagements with investors across asset classes, and evaluations of impact investment portfolios. • Consulted for or partnered with a diversity of private and nonprofit firms including the MacArthur Foundation, the Aspen Institute, the Global Impact Investing Network, the Kresge Foundation, the Omidyar Network, PG&E and Deutsche Bank.

• Performed industry-level investment research and contributed to capital raising and deal-sourcing for an early-stage venture capital firm committed to serving the mass market in Asia.

• Led a team of five MBA students to develop the financial model, impact measurement policies and fundraising strategy for a venture capital firm focused on cleantech, agriculture, and sustainability-oriented products and services in Southeast Asia.

• Developed proposals to raise over $31M from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to launch investment funds in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Tanzania, and Bangladesh.

• Responsible for deal sourcing, transaction due diligence, investment structuring, and portfolio management with the East Africa office of E+Co, which provided investment capital and advisory support to small and growing clean energy enterprises.

• Conceived an in-depth economic research project on the social and environmental effects of the global salmon industry; secured funding and recruited team• Published groundbreaking report with the World Wildlife Fund that directly influenced the Chilean government to improve regulation of salmon companies operating in Chile• Selected and funded to present research findings at a 2010 European Agricultural Economics Association Seminar in Munchen, Germany, and at the 2011 Sustainable Seafood Summit in Vancouver, Canada.

• Provided advisory support for the development of an online marketplace for social enterprises, institutional lenders, and investors to initiate financial transactions (debt and equity), and analyze social investment trends.

• Founding member of a FinTech startup where I managed operations and business development, expanded reach to 110 investors and firms in 51 countries, and advised 50+ microfinance institutions on capital raising strategies.

• Analyzed contracts, depositions, and industry reports to synthesize legal and economic issues for economists’ reports used as expert testimony in corporate antitrust litigation
