I worked as a consultant to design an internship program for university students interested in food and beverage retail. I worked as an assistant manager of Eli's new business venture, the Amagansett Farmer's Market in the Hamptons, NY. At Eli's Manhattan, I worked on projects to enhance the operations at the New York City stores.

As a sales representative, I worked in the packaging and shipping department, tasting room, portfolio tastings for distributors and developed special events and marketing projects.

I began as a wine bartender and was promoted through the Statler Leadership Development program to create the Student Beverage Management position. My responsibilities included staff training on alcoholic beverages with a focus on wine, lead trainer for the Restaurant Management Course at Cornell University in the beverage department, inventory management, wine list management and developing special events.

I worked as a server and bartender. I assisted the owners with special projects such as wine list development and inventory. I was granted the opportunity to create changes in service, whereby I introduced a service bar to alleviate the service stress at the main bar.
