• Designed and developed a dynamic-link library (DLL) for use by SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports allowing greater flexibility of date range parameter definitions when scheduling or subscribing to a report. • Created Excel Add-In to assist with self-service reporting of incidents from the Remedy data warehouse. The Add-In allowed users to download data directly to an Excel worksheet instead of initially generating a report and then downloading and converting the data into a worksheet. The Add-In also allowed for a more user-friendly parameter selection environment to be created over the interface available from SSRS. • Coded .NET utility program to convert over 8000 Remedy Knowledge Management (RKM) XML documents from version 6 format to version 7 saving numerous hours over the process that would have had to have been done manually. • Designed table to greatly speed up the population of SSRS parameter and cascading-parameter values. • Developed Excel spreadsheet to track and analyze critical incidents in greater detail than what is available in the corporate-wide incident logging system (Remedy).
