• Direct issue responses, preventative maintenance, needs analysis, and project planning for C12 and ADPIC acid unit; problem-solve, identify and design system solutions, coordinate with maintenance team members to plan and execute projects, and monitor all instrument and electrical operations• Provide technical direction, informal brainstorming, and general advisement to leadership on system operations during daily meetings; maintain accurate and timely updates to Electrical Reliability Group dashboard, tracking all projects, jobs, and tasks in real-time• Supervise/mentor intern; plan and direct daily schedule, develop projects and assignments, coach safe equipment use, nurture best practices and solid work ethics, and instill pride and teammanship• Research, recommend, and procure equipment for all non-Capital expenditure projects (less than 100k each); initiate concepts, propose ideas, secure leadership approval, develop strategic goals, identify vendors, secure quotes for labor and equipment, and execute/manage project through to completion ensuring schedule is coordinated in alignment with other projects and any critical needs• Manage Capital expenditure projects (over 100k); investigate project needs, scope project goals, source appropriate vendors, prepare formal proposal (DMF), attend meetings with leadership team to provide technical guidance and speak to project dependencies, and then work cross-divisionally with technical and nontechnical teams and Project Manager to coordinate project’s execution• Active member of Safety Committee, and acts as Instrumentation POC on a 24/7 basis
