Desktop Support Analyst
Current- Provide IT helpdesk support for end-users.
- Troubleshoot desktop issues with end-users with remote access software.
- Follow up with user-submitted web tickets within 24 hours of submission.
- Troubleshoot Hardware, Windows 10, MS O365, Printers/Scanners, VPN, Networking, Active Directory.
- Proprietary applications supported: MHS GENESIS, AVHE, AHLTA, JKO, DMLSS.
