• Consistently meet and exceed corporate and personal sales goals• Service a diverse client base, building close relationships with clients that range from small business owners to large corporations• Communicate a wide range of product information, requiring extensive knowledge of the application of complex new credit card hardware and software• Regularly work with the Group Directors and Vice Presidents of a large financial institution to provide credit card processing services to their customer base• Cultivate and convert network referrals from partners and existing client base• Planning and execution of presentations to market the company services, often to primary stakeholders and other high-level executives• Enhance existing client based relations by the up-selling of additional products and services• Accountable for leading a team charged with resolving all client service issues and exceeding customer expectations• Responsible for risk management
