My tenure at IBM and McKesson allowed me to gain valuable experience in high-visibility, high-pressure client engagement areas covering technical support, client implementation, and critical customer problem resolution. My career with ProCare Rx has allowed me to utilize these skills to help manage and direct the overall product direction for the many lines of business we occupy. As VP of Patient Services, I've had the opportunity to step back into the client and patient-facing world encompassing help desk support and pharma program enrollment, data analytics and reporting, reimbursement services (prior authorizations), and client implementations. As a leader within these companies, I have gained hands-on experience in motivating and developing employees across various departments: Technical and Help Desk Support, Software QA and Development, Hardware Support, Data Analytics, and Administrative employees. Accompanying my leadership roles were direct ownership and hands-on experience in project management, software development, problem-solving and critical customer care, account management, product management, and innovative thinking. My core strengths involve nurturing employee engagement in technical and non-technical environments and driving individuals and teams through cultural and behavioral changes to maintain a motivated, energized, and high-contributing workforce. I enjoy the challenge of managing expectations in critical situations for both client and company, being the calm voice that brings all parties together to discuss issues and drive toward resolution. My primary motivation... what drives me the most, is to witness the growth, success, and advancement of those whom I mentor and lead (not 'manage') and see them achieve success in their career journeys.
