With a rich 18-year tenure in strategic project management and management consulting, my career is marked by the leadership and execution of transformative projects within agriculture, nutrition, and financial inclusion sectors. Holding an MBA from IMD Business School and a Master's in Marketing from Mumbai University, I have cultivated a leadership philosophy centred around innovation, sustainability, and empowerment. Currently, I am at the helm of two significant initiatives: leading the Rwanda team for the Rockefeller Foundation's FWGA initiative, which enhances the nutritional value and affordability of institutional foods, and concurrently guiding Food Systems for the Future—a fund bolstering poultry and animal feed ventures in Rwanda and beyond. In addition, my role as a board member and advisor for BeneFactors, a social enterprise financing SMEs in Rwanda, underscores my commitment to financial inclusivity. My leadership approach is to harness technology and data analytics to architect sustainable solutions that address both social and environmental challenges, always striving for a meaningful and measurable impact.
