Simultaneously to responsibilities of IT Coordinator position, the scope for this position was to analyze internal customers’ business processes/operations by interviewing or working with them to discover the improvement areas to obtain the right technology that fits business purposes of the company.

• Creating scenarios to evaluate (POC/POV) new technologies by interviewing and coordinating internal customers, IT departments (CS, DA, SW) and vendors/contractors• Leading IT&OT Teams & Projects & Vendors & External personnel • Attending OT Cyber Security Board meetings ◦ Designing Change Management System regarding cyber security and life cycle of configuration items/systems and integrating into Process Safety Processes of HSE department. ◦ Redesigning and implementing Risk and Vulnerability Management System to detect/defect vulnerabilities and mitigate proactively risk of IT/OT configuration items/systems at early stage of procurement

• Managing IT&OT Infrastructure & Team & Budget (1,5K+ end users, 18 Plants) ◦ Backup management ◦ OS, VMware, VDI, SAN management ◦ Database management ◦ IT&OT network management ◦ Cyber security system management (DLP, AV, IDS, Firewall) ◦ Perimeter security and alarm/monitoring system management • Automating shift reports of production using VB and excel which was base of MIS Project (Used about 6 years and saved more than 100k human.hour) • Participating annual information security audit sessions (ISO 27001)
