• Responding to inbound requests from Zscaler partner business managers, partners or distribution for assistance on first call, demo, or other technical pre-sales activities.• Providing technical influence, and guidance to our partner community with a focus on regional resellers and our distribution partners.• Assisting partners through the use of education, co-selling activities, solutions demo center labs ad remote assistance on partner lab configurations.• Educating our partners via consumption of our training classes and materials, architecture workshops, and other awareness activities with an emphasis on the outcomes those activities can drive.• Working closely with other Velocity team members on in theater engagement with these partners.

• Engage customers' security teams and senior executives to drive the implementation and adoption of Zscaler's security tools based on the business security needs.• Manage implementation and consulting projects, where you would be expected to plan, schedule and implement Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX etc.) for customers or service providers.• Own technical escalations from the region and drive them to resolution.• Help customers with technical issues related to Data Loss Prevention, URL/Content ltering, Sandbox Cloud Browser Isolation, DNS, CASB, Cloud Delivered Firewalls, among others. Own technical escalations and drive them to a resolution.• Create and facilitate communication channels between the account and product management/engineering teams in Zscaler.• Track and monitor the performance of Zscaler solutions to ensure alignment with customers' security expectations, perform conguration and resiliency audits.• Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Zscaler Product Management based on customer requirements to help shape the future of the platform.• Facilitate the communication between Zscaler and customer's stakeholders, with the objective to improve the product, the customer's deployment, and sort technical challenges in the most efficient way possible.

Costa Rica

• Understand the challenges faced by our customers and provide technical guidance on how Umbrella can address their security concerns.• Engage customers in risk of leaving Umbrella services and provide assistance to increase customer satisfaction.• Remove any technical road blockers that stops users from leveraging Umbrella it's many security features.• Engage new customers and provide technical support and guidance for a successful Umbrella deployment.• Engage existing customers and assess their environment to suggest any actions needed for a healthy deployment.• Provide technical assistance to existing customers that are looking to use new or missing features.

Costa Rica

• Provide technical support to customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions including VPN technologies like Site to Site VPNs, clientless VPNs and Remote Access VPNs in different Cisco devices like ASAs, FTDs, CSRs and ISRs.• Help tier 1 engineers with high visibility issues where the customer sentiment is on the line, driving the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.• Review tickets handled by tier 1 engineers, providing technical guidance in order to speed up the resolution process. Deliver trainings to new engineers.• Work together and provide assistance to engineers in other teams that need help with issues and topics related to VPN.
