CurrentReporting directly to the Director, the key responsibilities include:- Managing all functional HR activities (end to end), inclusive of developing and implementing the company’s Rewards and Recognition program. - Workforce design and structuring to facility capability for business growth.- Assisted with Payroll processing and responding to queries.- Developed and implemented the employee Career Progression Framework and supporting templates and tools to promote retention and engagement. - Advising and business partnering with management and staff for all facets relating to Operations, HR and WHS.- Identifying and developing sales and marketing strategies and tactics to improve sales conversions, increase sales turnover and win new business.- Analysing operational and financial reports to forecast future demand for products or services.- Desktop auditing the company's operations and existing frameworks, and advising on areas for improvement or needing development.- Development of AAA Industrial Services Business Plan and actions arising from it.- Development of the AAA Strategic Plan and actions arising from it.- Lead the design, implementation and rollout of the company’s new CRM.- Development of company frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, manuals and processes.
