I am passionate about raising #STEM aspirations by advocating ways to reduce barriers and create exciting opportunities for young people and early career professionals particularly in the #enviromental sector. STEM is for all (#STEM4ALL) and we should aim to all provide generations with the skills and knowledge to create a #Sustainable and safer world.To do this we need more researchers, more opportunities, to create environmental solutions to the challenges we faced. We can only achieve this by diversifying and inspiring more people from a range of backgrounds demonstrating STEM is for all.Currently, I am managing programmes to create a dynamic and diverse pool of talent for the fields of battery technology and energy storage.
