As the Head of Sales TV - Southern NSW at Southern Cross Austereo (SCA), I lead a team of experienced sales professionals and support staff across five regional markets. These include our TV only markets in Wollongong and Canberra, plus our multimedia markets in Orange/Dubbo, Wagga Wagga & Albury. We plan and execute TV campaigns across all of SCA's regional markets. With 20 years of media sales experience, I have a proven track record of delivering tailored marketing and advertising solutions to clients across various business categories and sizes, using SCA's full suite of products, including Channel 10, Sky News Australia, regional radio networks, and digital audio platform (LiSTNR).My goal is to help businesses grow by reaching large audiences and building their brands through effective and innovative media campaigns. I am responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, as well as coaching and mentoring my team to achieve their best performance. I am passionate about the media industry and how it can create value for clients and communities. I have been recognized with multiple awards for my sales excellence, including the ACRA Best Direct Salesperson - Provincial in 2014 and the WIN Network Employee of the Year in 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Operations Management.
