Key Responsibilities• Collect and analyze warranty data from worldwide dealer network for Body Control Module from all car lines• Identify top warranty spend projects and work with core engineering teams to improve system design• Develop interim containment with suppliers and deploy solutions to fix customer issues• Assist Dealer Technical Support in resolving issues related to BCM• Test and manage parts returned under warranty to understand root cause and facilitate permanent fix development• Work with manufacturing plant based quality teams to ensure car line specific issues are dealt with on priority and any trends in failure patterns are identified and solved.
