Key Responsibilities• Collect and analyze warranty data from worldwide dealer network for Body Control Module from all car lines• Identify top warranty spend projects and work with core engineering teams to improve system design• Develop interim containment with suppliers and deploy solutions to fix customer issues• Assist Dealer Technical Support in resolving issues related to BCM• Test and manage parts returned under warranty to understand root cause and facilitate permanent fix development• Work with manufacturing plant based quality teams to ensure car line specific issues are dealt with on priority and any trends in failure patterns are identified and solved.

Key Responsibilities:• Standardize Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC) mask process and compile mask list for all JLR car lines• Generate and report RFT metrics for New Range Rover Sport during prototype build• Electrical Launch support for production of F-Type Convertible and New Range Rover Sport• Diagnostic coverage for ECU connections on New Range Rover and Range Rover Sport• End of Line (EOL) test specification delivery system ownership for all JLR car lines• Robustness validation of EOL test system for all JLR car lines

Key Responsibilities:• Manage project from requirement definition to final delivery by working in cross functional teams to manage customer interface and align production with manufacturing sites and suppliers.• Develop, test and execute codes for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and Drives using C++ based Siemens software platform.• System engineering for Distributed Control System (DCS) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) modules including software development and validation.• Build standard program codes for commonly used functions like PID controllers and dynamic gain adaptation units to be used in various machine applications.Notable Achievements:• Selected amongst top 7 from 100 engineers at Siemens India to be a part of Siemens Motion Control Application Centre (SMCAC), working as an expert group to provide Mechatronics solutions for relatively complex and innovative machine orders.• Initiated use of state machine architecture within SMCAC to handle complex machine codes, efforts much appreciated by seniors and adopted for future projects.• Received maximum performance incentive and appraisal for three consecutive years.
