Flushing:-Developing flushing procedures and protocols for different systems and equipment.-Conducting thorough flushing of pipelines, vessels, and systems to remove debris, contaminants, and residual impurities.-Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to ensure proper flushing techniques are followed.-Performing flow rate calculations, pressure monitoring, and documenting flushing activities.2. Layup and Preservation:-Developing and implementing layup and preservation procedures to safeguard equipment during shutdown or non-operational periods.-Coordinating with various departments to identify equipment requiring layup and preservation.-Selecting appropriate preservation techniques such as nitrogen purging, moisture control, and corrosion inhibitors.-Inspecting and monitoring preserved equipment to ensure integrity and effectiveness of preservation methods.3. Leak Test:-Planning, organizing, and executing leak testing activities for systems, pipelines, and equipment.-Selecting suitable leak testing methods such as pressure testing, vacuum testing, or helium leak detection.-Conducting leak tests according to established standards and procedures.-Analyzing and interpreting test results, identifying and addressing any leaks or integrity issues.4. Chemical Cleaning:-Developing chemical cleaning procedures and methodologies for removing contaminants, scale, or deposits from equipment.-Selecting appropriate cleaning agents, chemicals, and concentrations based on equipment specifications and material compatibility.-Monitoring and analyzing cleaning progress, ensuring equipment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for commissioning.General Responsibilities:-Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and effective pre-commissioning activities.-Ensuring safety protocols, industry standards, and environmental regulations during all pre-commissioning activities.

CRUDE AND GAS DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE PROJECT - Design and develop above-ground piping systems for industrial projects, considering project requirements, codes, standards, and industry best practices.- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine the optimal piping layout, sizing, and material selection.- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for the above-ground piping systems.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, structural engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with project objectives.- Perform hydraulic calculations and stress analysis to ensure the integrity, safety, and functionality of the piping systems.- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing piping infrastructure, identify improvement opportunities, and propose retrofitting or replacement plans.- Provide technical guidance and support during the construction, installation, and commissioning phases of the above-ground piping systems.- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to evaluate technical proposals, review equipment specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to above-ground piping systems, and incorporate them into the design and engineering processes.- Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of above-ground piping projects.- Conduct performance testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of above-ground piping systems to identify and resolve operational issues and optimize system performance.- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for above-ground piping systems, considering factors such as corrosion, erosion, temperature, and pressure variations.
