With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit for international organizations, I am currently the Country Finance Manager at Search for Common Ground, the largest peacebuilding organization in the world. I oversee the financial operations and compliance of the organization in West Africa, Central Africa, South East Asia, Central Asia, and Asia Pacific region. I specialize in donor reporting, grant management, internal controls, organizational development, change management, and capacity development. I have successfully managed multiple grants from various donors, such as USAID, EU, UN, DFID, and private foundations, ensuring accurate spending, tracking expenditures, and meeting donor requirements. I have also led and supported the finance staff and partner organizations in enhancing their financial systems, policies, and skills. I am proficient in various financial software, such as Oracle, SUN Systems, Quickbooks, and Sage Intacct. I speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (native). I am also a certified SDG learner. I am passionate about using my financial expertise to contribute to the mission of building sustainable peace and transforming conflict. I have extensive experience in project management (PMBOK) in high-risk security areas and emergency relief. I am looking forward to collaborating with other professionals and organizations working worldwide, especially in challenging and complex contexts.
