I am responsible for managing the Sales & Marketing function for Capacitor Grade MPP Films ranging from 2.5micron to 12micron in various film widths and metallization profiles.  Techno-Commercial role and responsible for both product marketing and commercial marketing including introducing new products to the market, driving business growth strategies, managing product offerings and positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, improving margins, and engaging with sales channels and customers.  Developing pricing strategies and ensuring the effective positioning of products in the market.  Constant monitoring of competitors' offerings in the market, product landscape, channel strategies, and price/cost positions to determine requirements for product leadership.  Participate and lead techno-commercial meetings, product presentations and negotiations. Assisting the digital marketing team in developing product launch kits, including website data& design, brochure/catalog preparation, video creation, single-page flyer creation, to drive revenue and profitability. Identifying marketing opportunities, generating inquiries, arranging customer factory visits, offering trial product sampling, and generating business. Maximizing sales growth, closely monitoring the sales process, analyzing performance, and identifying areas for improvement.  Maintaining solid relationships with important/key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.  Handling and resolving quality complaints, customer claims, and reviewing 8D reports.
