Key Job ResponsibilitiesProjects Ensure all new project personnel inducted before assigning any task.To carry out daily HSE inspectionTo give toolbox talks along with the site supervisor.To prepare HSE inspection reportsTo check heavy plant and equipment’s certificatesTo give HSE training according to project requirement.To ensure firefighting equipment are in place and functioning properly.Ensure availability of first aid kits and fire extinguishers at all vantage locations.Accident/ incident investigation and reporting.Ensure all worker wear protective gears according to their specific task.Conduct fire firefighting training.Regular monitoring of housekeeping all over the project site.To make ensure pedestrians safety where required and temporary walkways are available without any obstruction.Inspection of scaffolding and ensure is properly safe and secured.Implementing emergency rescue plan in the event of a toxic gases emergency or any other emergency on the working site.Use the exhaust and ventilation systems to reduce the H2S and other toxic gases level.Make daily inspection to the workers if they are in prescribed safety outfit.Monitor all workers if they are wearing safety paraphernalia at job site. Make daily reports regarding safety in the job site.Always keep in touch with all workers to remind safety.Perform weekly and monthly site and office audit regarding equipment, scaffolding and health, safety conditions. Investigates accidents in coordination with personnel and security officers and recommends corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
