Evergreen Club addresses the issue of loneliness and social isolation faced by older adults (50+ age group). In India alone this is an underserved population of 200 Mn+. Retirement from work, empty-nest syndrome, nuclear families, mobility issues, lack of companionship etc. are some of the reasons for such isolation.My roles and responsibilities:- Conducted focus group discussions with 10-15 users, user surveys and feedback through calls of 100+ members. - Responsible for User research, Competitive Analysis, Wireframing and Final visual designs for mobile app and responsive website.- Collaborated with product team, stakeholders and users for requirements.- Collaborated with technical team for design walkthroughs, UI review demos, final signoff demos.- Responsible to test the UAT builds of the app, mobile responsive and desktop website.- Worked as a part of Agile methodology - Scrum, experience in working in sprints and was part of a team.-My Learnings/ Skills developed: Cross-functional team collaboration, Design Sprints, Social Networking platform, Eye for detail, problem-solving, Teamwork.

Projects worked on till date - 1. Seniority E-comm (Mobile app ,Desktop website, mobile responsive website)Successfully redesigned Login and checkout user journey and also responsible for UI improvements for this project. Evergreen club app and website (Project status- Live)Responsible for the entire UX UI process (user research, competitive analysis, empathy mapping, user journey, Wireframing, Visual designs ) of the Evergreen Club project.Its an online community platform for senior citizens above 50 years of age.Currently working on the features and future app release designs.

During this time, I designed interfaces for some freelance projects as well as worked on few personal projects.1) Slowz: (Project status -complete)Japanese client, project completed in partnership with stacklab.inSlowz is a map based mobile app, where you can save and search shop that sell and promote sustainable items and cause.2) Mauli Green ArmyMauli is a informative and collaborative website made for people involved in Varkari movement, to bring them together and provide help and support.3) InsureJoy : Insure Joy is a web based Insurance application, where users can find suitable insurance policies easy and quick.

Client- Discover (US based Bank)Responsible for designing and developing data flows for the credit card rewards system. Successfully designing, developing and testing the final application flows and making production ready.
