IT Skills – Oracle, SAP – Framework PRs, Service Entries, Citrix – SP Mat, MSOffice.Handling Global Logistics Activities  Preparation of Pre shipment documents. Handling Customs clearance of Export & Import shipment. Checking the checklist received from CHA for clearing the shipment. Follow up with C.H.A. for clearance of the consignment. Planning and executing logistic activities for mid to large-size EPC projects. ODC / OWC shipment movements (sea/road transport) with the execution of large capital incentive projects. Maintaining the report/record of shipping bills with export documents. Making contractual agreements with Global / Local CHA and Freight Forwarder agents, shipping liners with global Terms and Conditions. Communication with instructions & coordination with service providers like CHA, Freight forwarders, Transporters etc. Communication & coordination with Suppliers/customers on the movement of shipment for pick up with ETA. Scrutinize the documents & Filing the advance documents in Indian Customs prior to the arrival of the shipment. Duty calculation & Duty request planning. Monitoring Shipment tracker with DSR & ensuring OTD from service providers. Monitoring Shipment cost calculation & cost-saving plans. Follow ups on Service provider’s bills & timely handing over to finance for payment. Re-Export shipment, Re-Import shipment
