I have been 9.5+ years of experiance as a proactive,Reliability,preventive, Condition monitoring Engineer. Complete Vibration monitoring & analysis, data collection of all rotating equipment’s such as Steam Turbines, Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Gear boxes, Conveyors, Compressors etc. Detailed Study of site critical equipment by integrated CBM techniques i.e, offline and Online Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasound Inspection, Motion Amplification, Structural Vibration. Carry out online and offline vibration analysis, phase analysis, dynamic balancing, Laser alignment as set out by the condition monitoring program.Good Experience in Online & offline vibration data acquisition & analysis using 32 channel ADRE 408 sxp DSPI, system-1and BN 3500Rack,PROGNOST,Windrock 6320 portable analyzer. Familiarity with the following codes: API (610-619 pumps/ compressors/ Turbines) ISO and ASME.Review repair work scope for rotating machinery. Participate in RCA studies.Familiar with ranking the assets using RCM methodology and defining PM frequency. Generate RCM study systems and prepare overall plan and measure the effectiveness of RCM studies.
