-Work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products-Preparing Import and export documents-Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers-Control manufacturing and delivery processes-Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met-Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services-Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle-Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency-Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments-Resolve any arising problems or complaints -Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting etc.)-Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices-Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance-Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality-Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements- Pricing of the products- Preparing and Maintains Quotations , Delivery note and Invoices

- Branch Set up & Operations, Relationship Management and Business development- Customer Service and Cash handling - Operations/ Administration and Process Enhancement - Lead Generation Conversion - Disbursement of Car loans, Personal loans, two wheeler loans etc. & transferring funds to customer’s a/c.- Processing Account Opening forms of Savings a/c, Salary a/c, Current a/c, fixed deposit, Recurring deposit etc. (As per KYC norms & AML guidelines) - Outward & Inward cheque clearing process & releasing the funds to the customer’s account.- Controlling and monitoring the levels of cash in the teller drawer and following all check cashing and cash handling procedures
