Job Responsibilities Included:> Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet the business requirements of the customers.> Create high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems.> Develop detailed technical design and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA implementation.> Collaborate with integration specialists to design and implement interfaces and data exchange mechanisms.> Ensure that the system configuration aligns with best practices and industry standards.> Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.> Mentor and support new members and technical team members.> Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.> Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability> Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring the system meets required performance benchmarks.> Utilize tools and techniques for performance tuning and load balancing.> Implement security measures such as role-based access control, data encryption, and audit logging.> Create comprehensive documentation of the SAP S/4HANA architecture, configurations, and integrations.> Ensure knowledge transfer and support for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.> Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.> Propose innovative solutions and enhancements to improve business processes and system performance.> Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technologies and approaches.

> Support ACM as a module lead for settlement module> Lead cum architect in Delta airlines project. Travelled many times to US to gather requirements and for UAT> Development lead for Shimadzu project, delivered solution based on HCM> Trainer for Dev Expert Curriculum > Provided a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product/project expertise on the assigned projects.> Resolved customer messages at the Development Support level.> Ensure high quality of corrections and support packages.> Became an advisor in upgrades of the solution and carry out upgrade projects for customers, adapt the solution to the newer base software releases> Became a part of growing team with additional responsibilities of leading solutions and coaching team members> Feasibility analysis and POCs

> Review functional specifications, discuss any issues with functional point of contact, suggest improvements/ better ways to achieve functionality and then transition the same to offshore.> Develop complex objects that require constant interaction with functional teams at onshore.> Participation/Assistance in call with FS owner and offshore developer when required. > Development/Review of technical design for objects being developed at onshore.> Development of the requirement as per client’s standards and using best practices. Being at onshore, gave me the freedom of unit testing at regular steps of development.> Self-code review, Code review of onsite developed objects and unit testing.> In Defect support phase, review the defects and then based on priority, severity, assign to onshore/offshore team. Keeping all high priority defects at onshore, try to solve them there with interaction with functional testers.
