I am a current member of several clubs in Columbia SC, and hold officer positions in those clubs. I have held all 7 club officer positions. I have also been on the district leadership as an area governor , and a select distinguished area director of which each of the 5 clubs within my area achieved a level of distinguished status. I have chartered and also sponsored a club as well as managed club websites as the webmaster. The first SC prison Toastmasters club was under my area of responsibility. I was honored to be selected as the District 58 (SC) 2015-2016 Area director of the year.

Trained and lead junior and senior enlisted Soldiers as well as offices at all levels of rank.Lead and managed both military and civilian employees over the course of that military career, spanning from overseas, to the continental united states. Held positions in various capacities of leadership ranging from managing a wheeled and track vehicle maintenance shop directly supporting an area of over 135,000 military and civilians, to being the Senior Human Resource Manager (Senior Personnel Officer) for a Theater Army Command (2 star General Level command) supporting the personal/human resource requirements of nearly 29,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
