I handled the entite gamut of HR and Training for Prodigy Group. This included Blue and White collar employees.

P Group is involved in Media & Advertising. This group includes five subsidiary companies:1. Prodigy Communications, responsible for Client Servicing, Conceptualization, Creative Designing & Events. Also, to initiate and implement various marketing strategies for new & existing clients through advertisement & other allied services.2. Prodigy Communications & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., responsible for purchase & delivery of raw materials (media) for printing like Flex, Vinyl etc.3. Prosit Communications, responsible for printing of various types.4. Pride Marketing, responsible for fabrication.5. Panorama Advertising, responsible for outdoor solutions like Hoardings, Glow Signs, Kiosks, Road shows etc.- My profile includes engaging talents & creativity into existing business. Training of new hires and refresher training for existing employees in terms of Soft Skills, Customer Retention Skills, Presentation, Sales & Behavioral Skills and Overview of Products & Services of the company.- Also to take care of day-to-day operations of all organizations and handle a Team of Trainers, hiring people and training & engagement

Assistant Manager (Training) was the first designation I was inducted into Jettwings with. Jettwings is a 100% subsidiary of Infovalley Educational & Research Pvt. Ltd. My responsibility included Voice-N-Accent, Personality Development, Customer Service & Soft Skill training in the department of Aviation, Hospitality, Travel-N-Tourism and Retail Management.- As Coordinator-Academics, I designed the DPR (Daily Productivity Report) structure, which resulted in effective training--reporting—feedback--follow-up process. Designed the very concept of “IMPACT” training.- For my able MIS preparation, presentation & people management skill, the Management entrusted me with an additional responsibility of BD, I was promoted as Unit Head for Shillong (Meghalaya) Operations, due to my performance. Headed the entire business of Shillong Unit.

- The Human Resources Department invited me to come back and join as an Executive (Employee Relations) in the Department of Human Resources, because hey have a policy of brining back old employees- Kept a track on the attrition of the organization and provided regular feedback to the Top-Management. I was cross trained in ‘Recruitment’, ‘Salary & PF’ and ‘Performance Appraisal’ and achieved recognition for satisfactory performance.- Successfully completed T3 (Ref: “EDUCATION” on last page for meaning) program and was involved in ‘Training & Development’. Completed T3 program for the 2nd time and was elevated from the designation of “Trainer” to “Spokesperson – ERM & transition”- Interacted with various training batches during the transition period facilitated feedback for trainers. I’ve coordinated various trainings and took feedback on issues faced by the trainees.- Prepared MIS report on Trainer-Trainee effectiveness and prepared necessary follow-up action plan before sending it to the Top-Management.

- Handled international customers based in the US and other countries through telephony support.- Supported (i) Retention, (ii) Semi-Technical, (iii) Billing & (iv) Account Registration for an international ISP.- Successfully completed certification of ACE Program on Stress Management, “CoBC” and “RMaC” (Ref: “EDUCATION” on last page for meaning).- Achieved Certification for CRS (Ref: “EDUCATION” on last page for meaning).- Successfully completed CTK (Ref: “EDUCATION” on last page for meaning) program in both US Voice and UK Voice Processes.

- Supported international customers based in the US, UK, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China and Australia for the largest Online Gaming Company in the world, having HQ in the US.- Also, did client reporting and provided feedback to team members, in absence of the Team Leader.

- Did marketing of various products (Designer-Chocolates, precisely) for the corporate segment.- Successfully achieved event-based and general targets, through institutional sales.
