• Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing Requirements and resumes.
• Worked in Engineering, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, High Technology and Telecommunications sector requirements.
• Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
• Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, etc.
