Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent and also sourcing good requirements.• Sourcing searching, identifying consultants using job boards (Dice, Monster,Netemps,carreer builder.com) and Internal database.• Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing Requirements and resumes.• Worked in Engineering, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, High Technology and Telecommunications sector requirements.• Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, etc.• Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay-rate: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement
