• Established pilot scale pot sinter plant at JSW Steel, Dolvi using the concepts of reverse engineering. Furthermore, to cool the gas from 500°C to 50°C by designing a gas scrubber. This project saved ~INR 2.5 CR
• With LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology, I have increased the yield of iron making by 173% from the baseline which saved more than INR 2.7 CR
