Managing routine maintenance of various systems like as HT motors (6.6 KV) and LT motors, Power transformer (up to 31.5 MVA), VSD (ABB make ACS800, L&T) Distribution transformers (up to 2.5 MVA), VCB, VCU & ACB Breaker, SFU type Feeder, UPS, DG set (up to 1010 KVA), EOT crane & Battery charger in world largest C2 complex. Involved in job planning and assessed risk associated with routine and non-routine activities and prepared HITRA and work permit for safe job execution. Planning and adherence of preventive maintenance program& PM scheduling in SAP, Shutdown & Resource planning and Manage SMP documents. Compiled PM and CM observation in SAP and maintain order history for future analysis. Maintaining Inventory via procurement of Stock and Follow up with Vendor. Assimilating Technical Operations and maintenance manual for researching efficient parameters required to operate Plant. Carried out filed LLF to check healthiness of Electrical Equipment and rectified the observations. Perform the root cause analysis of equipment failure.
