I joined Amazon on 19 feb 2018 as a customer support executive ( Full time).This is my first ever job. I had no previous work experience before joining. Throughout the journey i have been priveledged enough to test my. hands on different mediums and skills .Got opportunities to train teams as a temporary SME.Currently working as an interim resolution specialist in the organisation.The things which i like about Amazon is its flexibility in process and policies. Amazing work culture. and it's obsession over customer as well as it's Employees.I have never experienced a work from office environment as started with work from home and continuing.The journey has been so adventures and full of changes and opportunities. As an Amazon employee you need to be prepared for an instant change.Looking forward for a great opportunity in Amazon to boost the career progression.
