As a Regional Head in WeMakeScholars, I oversee the business development and relationship management for Karnataka region. I joined WemakeScholars in May 2022 as Financial officer and was promoted to Senior financial officer in Sept 2022 before becoming the Regional head - Karnataka in Sept 2023. In my role, I have successfully collaborated with public and private sector banks including NBFC's resulting in increased revenue and user retention for the company. I also lead a team of 4-6 Financial officers and 2 Relationship managers.

As a Senior FO from Karnataka region, I analyse and connect students profile to respective banks and help them with an education loan sanction, negotiation and post sanction queries. I've sanctioned around 582 profiles, out of it 104 in month of June. Handled profiles across PAN India.

As a Junior FO in Tamil nadu region, I learnt about complete product details of Public, Private banks and NBFC's. Guided students by connecting them with perfect banks suitable for their profile and helping them to secure a sanction.
