Marketing of Projects, Pressure vessels Heat exchanger, Columns, ETP plant, Water Treatment Plant, LSTK Projects. Accountable for Working directly with End user, EPC companies and PMC Companies such as HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, RIL, UHDE, Chemtex, TCE, Aker Solutions, Toyo, Tecnimount ICB, Jacobs H&G, Mott Macdonald, RCF, DFPCL, Deepak Nitrate, BGR Energy, IBI chemtur, Technip, L&T & many more such client.  Marketing of our Fabrication Company M/s. oriental Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd and our EPC Company M/s. Nicco Projects to End user & PMC companies. Taking the information of new projects in the industry & introduces M/s. Nicco Projects to them & generates the EPC and LSTK Project enquiry for them and fabricated equipment enquiry for Oriental Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. Taking the response from all regional marketing persons & provide to the management.  All regional marketing persons reports to me on monthly basis.  Help them to speak with client in tech. & commercial matters. Proactively involved in decide the margin, Negotiation and Finalization. Enlarging the core market base of the company. Looking for Timely delivery of the material.  Mainly introduce the company with the entire major project involving person.  Addition of the company name in Project to project basis in all PSU companies and EIL and PDIL.

 Accountable for working directly with customers to understand product requirements and interface with the sales team to properly position the organization’s formal solutions. Introducing new concepts & formulating plans to promote sales & revenues, enlarging the core market base of the company based on market research data. Proactively involved in Cost Estimation, Preparation of Techno commercial Proposals, Negotiation, and Finalization. Credible for the development & implementation of strategies to increase % and development of FGD Business in India.  Handle sales team to achieve allocated targets within the strict time frame and conceptualize robust plans to complete them. Deputed to handle FGD Business in India. Deftly handle File Transfer and Co-ordination with engineering, project & manufacturing functions for smooth execution of orders. Periodically submit monthly and annual business report. Preparation of reports for providing market feedback to the management. Manage customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by providing standard delivery & quality services.  Monitor the performance of new projects and revamp and generate opportunity for selling of KOY products. Likewise keep track of competitors’ activities and plan strategies and actions to counter the same. Offer direction, motivation, and training to field sales team, ensuring optimum performance marketing executives and fixing sales and service targets. Interact closely with dealers/distributors and appointed them, fixed sales and service targets and constantly administer their activities specially payment collection within their stipulated credit period. Successfully manage and ensure wide distribution of products through effective brand promotional activities
