I have experience of 8 years above as a production engineer at NEWTECH AEROSPACE PVT LTD.Banglore and worked at SAC ISRO, Ahmadabad on contractual basis and I was overall responsible for production of Subsystems with zero defect quality as per ISRO PAX-300 standard.I have simultaneously handled multiple HI-Rel PCBs wiring and assembly & Harness work for various subsystems of CARTO-2F/3/3A, HYSIS, OS-3A, GISAT -1/2, CHANDRAYAAN-2/3 , GSAT 29, ADITYA L1 and GSAT 31, GAGANYAAN, RISAT2B, NAVIC, NISAR etc. in crucial time.skills in Hi Rel fabrication work:1-Hi-Rel certified PCBfabricator by SAC-ISRO for FM hardware production. with ESD electro Static Discharge. for Components protect,2-Skilled in panel harnessing & soldering of through hole based and SMT based components (ALL ACTIVE AND PASSIVE) 3- Better understanding of space documents for fabrication 4- Better understanding in component inspection FM grade components5- Have skill of Rework, repairing, and critical work for FM hardware.6-knowledge of clean room parameter testing and verification as per ISRO standard. 7-knowledge of space qualified materials and consumable 8-Highly skilled in FINE PITCH component (CQFP-352 pins) components.9- Knowledge of MS EXCEL, WINDOWS-10. Along with technical Hi-Rel PCB wiring & Harness work, I am also involved in the Account Billing preparation, arrange material & Gate Pass preparation, ESD Safe packaging the material and send to NTS Bangalore for assembly & Attending-MRB meeting & Other time Scheduling Meeting with Designer & Deputy project director, attending tender meeting. Managing the NTS manpower deployed at EFPD & SAC New campus Moreover, I am doing all my duties with full responsibility.
