As an IT Executive at Mercedes-Benz services Malaysia also known as Mercedes-Benz Financial, I manage and deliver IT projects that support the business strategy and operations of the company. I also oversee the change and release management, escalation management, and IT communications and stakeholder management processes. I have successfully completed multiple IT projects, such as the migration of the CRM system to a cloud platform.In addition to my IT role, I am a freelance writer and editor, creating and editing content for various platforms and clients. I have experience in copywriting, content creation, and graphic designing, as well as social media marketing and public relations. I have worked with UNODC youth advocacy division, the NADA anti-drug awareness program, and with UOW Malaysia KDU. I am passionate about using my communication skills to raise awareness and empower youth on social issues and causes. I hold a first-class honours degree in Bachelor of Communications from UOW Malaysia KDU, where I studied mass communication and media studies.
