Apac Desktop Support Analyst Ii
Current- Handling APAC (Asia Pacific) region, Consisting of 6 different region, 10 countries.
- Provide onsite support + remote support and travelling whenever required for Infrastructure/Data center change for 4 regions. i.e. India, China, Japan, Korea.
- Asset management for APAC region. Server, Printer, Laptop, Telephone system.
- Providing day to day support for users issue through Servicenow ticketing tool for Incident, Request and Change management.
- Working experience on New Hire, Re-hire and Termination process.
- Co-ordinating with global team for DR (Disaster recovery) planning and testing of all HSB APAC sites.
