Production Engineer
Current Maintain Daily Average production and planning, supervision and control on production, solve daily issues and query in production planning and execution. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production Also do the programming on Pick & Place SMT machine and Automatic Insertion Machine Maintain quality of product through testing, decrease rejection ratio of product and support for improving production, communicate all issues affecting production and quality to the superior or manager. I have also worked for the development for new products and continual improvement for plant. I have also Knowledge about 5S, 8D, PPAP, KAIZEN and 5-WHY Analysis
