Current• Owned and prioritized product backlog. • Oversaw entire product deployments from vision and creation to rollout and delivery. • Create, maintain, and prioritize stories in product backlog based on company product strategy, business value and resource availability • Managed implementation of new features by outlining plans and specifications such as how, where and when each component would work. • Assist PM on Product Vision statement, high level documentation, CXO level presentation, Epic and Story planning • Working cross-functionally to align goals and schedules, as well as ensure each group within company is aware of changes in upcoming release • Contacted proper stakeholders to share changes to project scope and timelines as voice of customer • Brainstormed with peers and other members of design team to determine enhancements and product features. • Coordinated with software developers daily to answer questions, provide prospective, and objectively evaluate progress to achieve client goal • Work with Scrum Masters and teams to facilitate urgent change requests as per process, ensure knowledge transfer on new features to Support team • Running agile rituals and ensuring, monitoring velocity, running retrospectives for continuous improvements. • Ensuring team is staffed with correct skills and resources, and communicating status updates regularly • Work with Tech writers to produce release documents • Measuring impact of features delivered and ensuring that customers get desired outcomes from our product.
