Intelligent Document Processing Platform (IDP)∗ A platform which gives users, with no ML knowledge, the capability to train their own Machine Learning models with their documents dataset and can leverage the trained model for further predictions on two use cases, Document Classification or Entity Extraction∗ Worked on leveraging open source ML models like Random Forest, Donut, LayoutXLM, LiLT and Spacy to make custom classification and entitity extraction models∗ Leveraged AWS GPU images for AWS EC2 instances so that we can run training experiments quickly and economically at the same time∗ Assisted colleagues in adding new features like adding LLMs support or using ClearML serving for predictions

• Intelligent Document Processing Platform (IDP)- I worked on testing AWS Comprehend performance on the training set, to make a decision on using it for the foundation of IDP Platform- We leveraged ClearML for all our experiments and datasets versioning. We used AWS EKS clusters for deploying our service and AWS EC2 instance to run our experiments on ClearML• Build two services that are built to extract data from documents like ID cards, VAT certificates, etc. Trained various machine learning models like NER, GCN, LayoutLM, and YOLOv3, trained on the text extracted from AWS Textract, and returned a structured output• Gave a Proof Of Concept(POC) by using unsupervised learning on a service that extract questions from the forms and further clusters them into groups with similar meanings to avoid redundancy for users while filling out the form
