With over a decade of experience in manufacturing, finance, and banking operations, i am currently leading the FRP production unit at Plurimo Pultrusion and Composite Pvt. Ltd. My expertise lies in managing manufacturing processes, especially in the production of glass fiber-Based, FRP and composite profiles manufacturing.I have successfully set up state-of-the-art manufacturing plants from scratch, turned around underperforming production units into high performing ones, and consistently increased business turnover year-on-year through strategic initiatives. I have commissioned a manufacturing plant with a turnover of Rs. 20 crores p.a., and have managed both greenfield & brownfield plants.My leadership has enhanced the operational effectiveness of plants, driven process transformations, led energy conservation & cost-saving initiatives, and streamlined plant operations. I have implemented tools such as ISO, 5S, Lean, TPM, TQM, and kaizen to improve quality and process efficiency.In addition to my manufacturing expertise, I am knowledgeable in SAP Application Associate of Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EhP7. One of my notable achievements is the significant reduction of production waste through the implementation of sustainable practices and process improvements in the FRP Production Unit at Plurimo Pultrusion and Composite Pvt.
