CurrentEmbraced full leadership responsibilities for German-based FTI project since November '23, driving successful execution and delivery.Worked closely with Solution Consultants to understand the agreed scope of a change and design solutions that meet the customer’s business and technical requirements.Worked with developers and Delivery/Project Managers to ensure business requirements are met.Provide guidance and clarity to technical resources around the business requirements and user stories.Be an SME in the FNZ platform - provided training and support for other areas of the FNZ business.Reported test results and progress daily.Ensured that the team is aware and is following testing and defect management practices and that Jira is up to date.Allocated work to other team members to meet the deliverables and support them in raising, validating and re-testing defects where required.Participated in defect triage meetings as required.Provide analysis & test project updates, as requested, to the client.Assist with user acceptance testing or other Client support activities if required.
