Being in sales challenged my own skepticisms while forcing me to get truly uncomfortable and face many fears. As I overcame these challenges I moved into a leadership role that brought on a new experience of developing high-performing sales teams that helped clients achieve business growth. Constantly asking questions of why, how and what if, has given me hard evidence that real data should drive decisions and with innovative creativity to support it, the ultimate goal is to aggressively grow a business or idea.
