Random Acts Matter is a nonprofit organization that fosters a community of care and compassion. On a referral basis, they carry out random acts of kindness in their local school district. During this project, I conducted user research, redesigned their website on Figma, and built a new website on Squarespace.

I was responsible for creating a design system, wireframes, and prototypes. Additionally, I conducted user research and developed a responsive website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a liaison between my client and end users, I offered data-driven design solutions that met the needs of the business and users.

I was responsible for the organization and fulfillment of online orders, guiding new team members, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role helped me gain a deep knowledge of eCommerce logistics, both on the customer and business ends.
