Within one month of arrival at Broadway Malyan I was entrusted with the project management of a 3.5 million sq. ft residential development in Bangalore, India. I'm responsible for coordinating the design team, liaising with consultants, proposing design solutions to meet client needs and orchestrating their implementation, liaising closely with the client team to ensure all interests are met.

As well as being involved in a variety of live projects spanning residential,commercial and mixed use developments, I actively contributed to a research project on Green Plot Ratio in Singapore, which will form the basis of planning legislation for future development.

Yeovil, Uk

During my time at ADP I primarily worked closely under the project architect on a higher education project for the University of Bath - a £10 million, 4110 sq m building which included a lecture theatre, general teaching spaces and flexible office/administration spaces. The project has won multiple awards including 'Best Sustainable Project' and 'Best Technical Innovation'. My responsibilities included producing drawings for planning and tender packages, coordinating services and creating 3D models of the scheme to utilize for design development, generate renders and perform environmental analysis. I also liaised directly with clients, the design team and suppliers, and was involved with on-site meetings during construction. Other projects included a number of competition bids, work on healthcare developments and civic spaces spanning a number of work stages. I also researched the potential for utilizing real-time 3D engines for live presentation of projects and trialed systems at client meetings.
