Currently responsible for Creating a Market (Branding & Advertising), initiating sales , and thus be responsible for retaining the customers and overall Business Development.Team Management•Leading a team, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Marketing & service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.•Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining process to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing operations.•Coordinating with Projects Team and take the status for proper alignments.•Setting up the meeting with marketing team to ensure smooth functioning in all aspects.Key Account Management•Initiating/ developing relationships with HNI’s in target organizations for conversion of prospects, leads to customers.•Managing customer centric operations & preparing MIS for requirement analysis & providing customized products.Customer Retention•Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business through generation of enquiry and through referral marketing.•Rendering effective customer service by addressing queries/ grievances of clients so as to ensure smooth flow of operations and adherence to service norms.•Aiming at maximizing the revenue from up sell, cross sell and renewal business.Team Management•Leading, training & motivating the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in unit operations and meeting of individual & group targets.•Supervising and guiding a team, providing training to achieve the preset goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
