RooshadSHROFF architecture and design was one of the most interesting work experiences I've had. Ar. R.Shroff specialises in Luxury interiors, Hospitality spaces, High-end Retail, Visual Merchandising, etc. while being rooted in traditional and folk arts of India. I worked on various projects like home Interiors, Hospitality projects for an upcoming Reliance Venture, Visual Merchandising for Hermes, etc. My work was made interesting by the various different art forms and techniques I got to work with, to adapt them into a more modern interpretation in the Interiors context. Making working drawings, 3D visualization, detailed CAD models of material interaction, coordination with contractors, artisans, etc.were all part of the job. Though my tenure was brief, the experience was very fulfilling

Worked as a retail designer for Philips and Lenovo LES stores pan-India.

I worked on the designs for multiple VM displays of jewelry brands like PMJ, Orra, etc.

StudioMars was a great opportunity for a trainee, where I got to constantly learn and grow. I worked on an Exhibition stall for Pidilite (Dr.Fixit) in my first month itself. I was engaged in the project right from the initial brief to the final execution and dismantling. I was also involved as the main designer for an upcoming Govt. Museum project.

During my summer internship at Fitch (now LANDOR), Mumbai, I worked on a variety of projects and had a broad understanding of the role of a retail designer. I worked for the Visual Merchandising Display for the Biba Flagship store in Delhi. I proceeded to work on the development of a VM language for Back to Earth, A shoppers stop brand. I also designed Gondolas and racks for the brand.
