Managing 500+ active car leases pan India terms of new car , insurance renewal & foreclosure of lease, invoice processing, NOC, and RTO documents  New Car lease- Manage the new car request with help of associate leasing partner (Kotak Mahindra) Insurance Renewal- Responsible for insurance renewal of car before the existing insurance expire. Invoice Processing- Responsible for processing the car lease rental & insurance invoices on monthly basis. Payroll input- Responsible for sending the monthly deduction details to payroll team. RTO Document- After the Completion of lease provide the NOC and other ownership transfer paper to employee. Facility Management Portfolio  Help Desk Management – Managed the centralized helpdesk tool . Managed facilities operations at site effectively.  Worked & supported facility manager / admin manager to resolve their day-to-day operational issues. Executed all repair and maintenance jobs as well as renovation and new project jobs with the coordination of the maintenance team. Monitored and analyzed data pertaining to expenses related with facilities management Handling third party vendors who provide manpower on contract basis. In terms of Leave & Attendance Management Coordinate with vendors for their payment, as well as salary and OT employees and other issues.
