Responsibilities include: managing multiple projects; leading teams of consultants and subject matter specialists; defining and managing scope of work; developing needs analysis; presentation and communication to ensure customer satisfaction; and the design and development of on time, on budget implementations of technology-based business solutions to meet customers' needs. On several assignments I was able to identify and detail additional opportunities (projects) that the clients agreed to and asked BCS to complete.
