Designed new product modules: UI to allow users to define their own extensions to the scope of product. Support extended to multi-leg, multi-currency financial products, the requisite cash flow management as well as order/execution workflows. Presented the products at global customer meetings, road-maps and release schedules at product-centric user conferences. Employed Scrum Agile development framework incorporating France- and India- based development and QA teams.* Success achieved as customer commitment to new release - three largest customers scheduled release implementations – was fulfilled.

Initiated the redesign of the core module of the product suite. Interviewed users at existing clients and prospects, literally across the globe, gathering feedback and requirements. Developed product roadmap, budget, projections and marketing material for project funding, as well as external marketing for client buy-in. After buy-in, lead design team with main emphasis on UX. Moved from linear workflow design to amorphous design matching real-world state. Managed project through development, go-to-market planning and finally client acceptance. The first client went live in 2009. * Success was measured by level of end-user uptake of new UX - 80% of users within 6 months at beta customer.

Assumed a more global role working with the new management team. Worked with the extended SunGard operation in the US on development of a new product line based on the existing suite. Interacted directly with focused, demanding users (investment managers and traders). Designed new trading module using new technology.

Product manager for a number of modules within an investment management software suite – performance measurement, compliance and algorithmic modeling. Functional lead in the Israeli development center. Responsible for requirements and specifications. Managed a team of analysts. Main focus: Understand existing functionality, enhance it based on new functional requirements gathered from customers and new technical requirements driven by a new client-server architecture developed in Israel. * Team’s success: two new products were introduced based on new architecture.
