As an Instore Mobile Pro I demonstrated my customer service skills and technical knowledge by helping customers with any mobile phone, tablet or wearables issues. I also helped customers with general tech advice and carried out data transfers and set ups of new equipment so that the customer could be ready to use it straight away.
