-Responsible for acquisition of new SME clients for Business loan products like Working capital,Term Loan, Mortgage loan, Over Draft and other Retail Loans- Review customer profiles to identify possible risks involved and ensuring compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures and external regulations- Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.- Preparing a brief appraisal note which contains all essential information about the applicant, drafting the terms and conditions depending on the category of the applicant and submitting it to the sanction authority for approval.- Presentation of Proposals to Credit Committee at Central Office./Divisional office.Stipulating appropriate terms and conditions while sanctioning loans.- Concurrent checking on ATM operations, reconciliation and maintenance - Monitoring and Regulating Non Performing Asset category on Asset Products- Analysis of Functional and Technical Specifications on financial basis for credit appraisal- Attending review meetings with the credit officers for final follow ups and post sanction for the Loans- Internal Auditing and Monitoring control for Daily Branch Entries and Regulating Inspection Follow ups- Enrichment of MIS for Retail, Commercial and Corporate Loans
